ENRIQUE “Kidney Donor Hero”

In 2025, I had the honor of donating my kidney to help my dad. We weren’t a direct match, but thanks to a kidney “swap” program, I was able to donate to someone else in need—an 18-year-old—and in return, my dad received a kidney from a generous donor in Hawaii.

Because of this incredible program and the kindness of strangers, my dad was given a second chance at

life. I’m beyond grateful I was healthy enough to do this, and so thankful for the donors and programs that

make miracles like this possible.

There are so many people still waiting and hoping for that same chance.

If you’ve ever thought about becoming a living donor, I encourage you to learn more. One decision can truly change multiple lives. I’m always here if you have questions about the process, the pros and cons, or just want to talk.

Right now, I also have a good friend in need of a kidney, and I would love your help in spreading the word. Please share—your support that could help save a life. 🙏
